1. Miami VIP Suites is a clean and safe environment. We constantly disinfect our facility to maintain the highest sanitation. For this reason, you are required to remove your shoes upon entrance as no outdoor shoes are worn inside our facility. Please be sure to pack bedroom slippers to be worn while inside our facility.
2. Miami VIP Suites prohibits eating in any areas of the recovery house other than the dining room. All meals and snacks should be consumed in the dining areas.
3. Respect other patients in the house.
4. Phones must be on vibration/silent mode each night.
5. Be mindful and respectful of your neighbors while they are resting.
6. Maintain shared spaces clean and neat.
7. Music may be played with earphones.
8. A shared caregiver will be at the home assisting all patients. Patients do not have individual assigned caregivers (unless requested and additional fees applies).
9. If you cannot check into Miami VIP Recovery Suites on your scheduled arrival date or wish to change your check in date and fail to inform us at least 72 hours before your scheduled check-in date, you will be charged a no-show fee. The no-show fee equates to the cost of a one-night stay.
10. Miami VIP Recovery Suites assumes no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged valuables or belongings. If you discover that you have left something behind of value to you, please call us immediately and we will try to assist you in locating your lost item.
11. Alcohol, illegal substances or un-prescribed medications are not allowed Miami VIP Recovery Suites. Failure to follow this rule will result in the patient being asked to leave the premises with no refund. Please note, if you do have any prescribed medications please ensure that your full name is printed on the medication label.
12. Not only is smoking harmful after surgery, it is also prohibited inside Miami VIP Recovery Suites. (However, if your doctor has agreed to inhaling marijuana, feel free to enjoy in the designated area outside the premises.)
13. Guests who refuse to abide by the code of conduct and policies established by Miami VIP Recovery Suites for the safety of all guests, staff, owners, property, and the operation and management of the recovery house will be asked to leave the premises with no refund.
14. Please be respectful and courteous to staff and other patrons.

No friends or family members are allowed to stay at the facility. The beds are reserved for patients ONLY.
